Andrew Orner, a senior from Connecticut, studies Economic and Political Science with a concentration in International Relations. He is minoring in Hispanic Studies. Orner has a strong interest in international security issues and intends to pursue a career in public policy. He is a Benjamin Franklin Scholar, a member of the Varsity Lightweight Rowing Team, and has served as an Intern Project Leader at the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program at Penn’s Lauder Institute.
