Annie Hsu

Annie Hsu is a sophomore from Toronto, Canada, studying International Relations. She serves as a Deputy Editor of the Sigma Iota Rho International Relations Journal, manages marketing for the Penn Political Review, and directs her non-profit organization Bridge The Heart. Her academic interests include development economics, international law, and history of the Qing and Republican periods of China.
