Boguang Yang is a J.D. candidate at the University of Pennsylvania Carey School of Law. He serves as the Managing Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Asian Law Review and Co-President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Boguang holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in international relations and financial economics from the University of Rochester. His research focuses on the interplay of law, policy, and business in the context of the greater Eurasian continent.
