Carolyn Chow is a first-year medical student at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2020 with a degree in health and societies. At Perry World House, Chow looks forward to learning more about the dynamics of global health governance structures and how they can be coordinated to optimize positive impacts on communities, especially in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
