Javier Cuadras is a Senior studying Political Science and Latin American and Latino Studies. For the Borders and Boundaries team, he geocoded all barriers on the United States and Mexico border using Google Earth Pro and researched their history. Javier grew up only 20 minutes away from the U.S.-Mexico border and has served in the United States Marine Corps.
