Jen Macklin is studying computer science in the master’s of computer and information technology program at the University of Pennsylvania. She is an Air Force veteran and currently works in the International Affairs field. Her academic and professional interests are at the intersection of technology and policy development. Macklin received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an M.B.A. from Webster University.
