Julia Ciocca

Julia Ciocca is a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences where she studies Political Science with a concentration in International Relations and Russian language, literature, and culture. She is from a military family and spent her childhood in America, Europe, and Asia. Her research interests include civil-mil relations, the evolution of warfare in the 21st century, and the psychology of war.
