Justin Pendleton is a second-year law student at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. At the University of Pennsylvania, Pendleton is an associate editor for the Journal of Law and Social Change. He was awarded an International Summer Human Rights Fellowship by the University of Pennsylvania to research human rights, asylum, and refugee law in South Africa. His research interests include the intersection of political governance, education, migration, and the development of rule of law. Pendleton holds an M.A. in Conflict Resolution and Diplomacy from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya in Israel, and an M.Sc. in International Development from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom, where he was a Fulbright Scholar. He graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Psychology and B.A. in International Relations.
