Nidhi Nasiar is a Ph.D. candidate in the Learning Sciences and Technologies program at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research interests lie in algorithmic biases in adaptive education systems and affect-related learning outcomes. Nasiar received her Bachelor’s in electronics and communications engineering, where she worked on bringing the latest technological advancements into school systems. Before joining Penn, she was a Teach For India fellow for two years, where she worked with underserved populations to bridge the learning gap and promote equity in education.
