Sam South is a dual MBA/MA candidate at the Wharton School and Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. At Wharton, South is majoring in multinational management, and at Lauder, his concentration is in East Asia. He majored in international security at Yale, focusing on North Korean-Chinese relations and nuclear politics. He subsequently worked in the national security space in Washington, DC. South hopes to build on his experience and language background in China and Korea to promote collaboration between the US, China, and South Korea, and use business as a means of diplomacy to promote human rights in North Korea.
