Sarah Baer

Sarah Baer is a senior studying in the College of Arts and Sciences, from Ridgefield, Connecticut. She studies International Relations, with a minor in History. In addition to her involvement with the Perry World House Student Fellow Program, she is highly engaged with the International Affairs Association, and enjoyed internship experiences with various NGOs during her time at Penn.
