Tao Chen is a master of city planning candidate at the University of Pennsylvania’s Stuart Weitzman School of Design, concentrating in housing, community, and economic development. His areas of interest include affordable housing, post-colonialism, transnational municipal networks, and the international relations of the Asia-Pacific. Chen holds an MA (Hons) in international relations and philosophy from the University of St Andrews.
