Wenjia You is an MBA/MA candidate at the Wharton School and the Lauder Institute of International Studies at the University of Pennsylvania. She is interested in how government policy impacts the media and entertainment industry, and her master’s thesis will focus on how K-Pop is gaining popularity globally. Before coming to Penn, You worked at TikTok LIVE, leading several feature launches including LIVE subscription, which received 100M+ total impressions. She also worked in investment banking and management consulting. You graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University, where she studied operations research and information engineering and art history.
