Postdoctoral Fellows at Perry World House bring new ideas, energy and insights to our research. Recent Ph.D. recipients from leading universities in the U.S. and abroad spend a year at Perry World House, researching, writing, and connecting with the Penn community. Selected on the basis of overall excellence and doctoral research pertinent to the Global Innovation Program, the Borders and Boundaries Project, or the Penn Identity and Conflict Lab, these individuals continue their own academic inquiries as well as support the collective efforts of the Perry World House community. Upon completion of their fellowships, they become part of Penn’s growing network around the globe.
We offer a range of postdoctoral fellowship programs related to our research areas. Applications for our 2021-22 postdoctoral fellowships open on November 9, 2020 and close on January 4, 2021.
Borders and Boundaries Postdoctoral Fellowships: Our Borders and Boundaries Project is looking to fill two one-year, renewable postdoctoral fellow positions.
Global Innovation Program Postdoctoral Fellowships: Every year, we bring several postdoctoral fellows to campus to work on our two main research themes.
Penn Identity and Conflict Lab Postdoctoral Fellowship: The Penn Identity and Conflict Lab (PIC) is dedicated to addressing a range of critical questions on inter-group conflict.
