Amy F. Woolf is a consultant specializing in nuclear weapons and arms control policy. Her research interests include nuclear weapons policy in the United States and Russia and the future of US–Russian arms control. Woolf was a specialist in nuclear weapons policy at the Congressional Research Service for over thirty years, where she provided the US Congress with expert analysis and advice on these issues. She has served as a consultant to the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research and is currently a senior associate fellow at the Royal United Services Institute and a non-resident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council. Woolf received a master’s degree in public policy from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Stanford University.
