Meet the Panel:

Kristy Sundjaja

Kristy Sundjaja profileKristy Sundjaja is a social entrepreneur who is committed to empower individuals to be present to their talent and the opportunity to contribute to life.  She co-founded the Exceptional Artists Foundation (https://www.exceptionalartists.org/) with a mission to transform special needs into exceptional arts.  She is also developing an education and mentoring program that enables international students to blossom and become young leaders in the U.S. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Kristy was a c-level executive and strategic leader in the for profit and the government sectors.  Kristy was Chief of Staff and the Global Head of People at LivePerson (Nasdaq: LPSN). Before joining LivePerson, Kristy was an industry strategist for the City of New York during the Bloomberg Administration and led the Industry Transformation Team, implementing citywide policy and programs to strengthen New York’s position in the financial services, media and technology, fashion and other sectors. Previously, Kristy was an Associate Partner at Oliver Wyman, a global management consultancy. Kristy holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.S. and an M.S. in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an EMBA degree from Columbia University.   

Oluseye Carrena

Seye CarrenaSeye has a bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos, Nigeria & Masters degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He currently works as a Technology Consultant for Deloitte. He has lived in the Philadelphia area since he came to the United States in the fall of 2013 and enjoys reading, cooking and traveling.  

 

Ying Liu

Ying LiuYing Liu is a licensed mental health counselor in a community-based mental health outpatient clinic located in New York, working with clients from multi-cultural backgrounds. Ying is also the founder of iWanna, an organization focuses on the wellness of international students and graduates. She, was an international student herself, believes every individual studying or working overseas deserves an open and inspiring community for mutual support and better self-exploration. In 2016, she received her Master of Philosophy in Education (M.Phil.Ed.) in Professional Counseling and Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) in Counseling and Mental Health Services from UPenn Graduate School of Education. She studied applied psychology in her undergraduate from Chongqing University in China.
