By International Student & Scholar Services

Penn is preparing to launch Path@Penn, a new student records system that will replace Penn InTouch. In anticipation of Path@Penn’s launch, there will be a system outage during Spring Break, March 3–13, 2022. During the system outage, all users, including ISSS staff, will be unable to access Penn InTouch, SRS, Courses InTouch, and any systems managed by SRFS, which include financial aid-related systems such as Penn.Pay and PayMyTuition. Please reference the NGSS website for the full list of impacted applications.

Please note that some ISSS processes are conditional upon confirming student major and enrollment information and thus may be impacted by the system outage.

Prior to the system outage, ISSS will be regularly updating student records to ensure that your major and contact information in SEVIS is accurate.

We strongly encourage you to make any immediate changes to your contact information, course schedule, and/or declare your field of study by February 18, 2022 so that the changes can be reflected in the new system.

If you require official or unofficial transcripts, we strongly encourage you to make your request by March 1. You will not be able to request a copy of your transcript during the system outage.

Penn InTouch will open again starting March 14 through the end of the Spring 2022 semester. The new system, Path@Penn, will also open to students on March 14th. You will use Path@Penn to register for summer and fall courses, and starting in July 2022, you will use it to access your academic planning and financial aid information. Additional information regarding this update and system outage can be found on the NGSS website here.
