Kevin Cruz

Kevin is from Los Angeles, California and graduated from the University of California Santa Cruz in 2014. He moved to Philadelphia the same year to fulfill his service with the Americorps City Year Program.

Having become a denizen of the city, he has implemented himself in working for public service non-profit organizations. In addition, he was the Program Manager for housing development programs for the city.

During the start of the pandemic, Kevin assisted in managing the COVID-19 Rental Assistance Program during 2020-2023, providing rental relief for almost 50,000 homes in Philadelphia. Having ongoing dedication to advocating for public health and resources, he plans to make better happen along with the staff at ISSS.
